Here at Firebrand, part of Lyceum Education Group, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate individual to join the team as an ISO Instructor. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact training across a range of ISO and compliance courses. This hybrid role combines in-person teaching at Firebrand centres with remote course development and learner support.

What you’ll be doing: In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training across a range of ISO and compliance courses. As such, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver accelerated training courses for ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation (ISO27F) and NIS2 Directive.
- Ensure learners are fully prepared for certification exams and practical application.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance course content and delivery methods.
- Participate in internal development and quality assurance processes.
- Perform any additional duties reasonably requested by management to support the needs of the business.
What we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Must be a PECB registered instructor.
- Must be certified for the aforementioned courses.
- Proven experience delivering ISO and compliance training.
- Minimum three years relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different learner needs.
- Comfortable working in both classroom and remote environments.
