Overview
Senior Account Executive, Banking role at Fireblocks. Fireblocks is an enterprise-grade platform delivering secure infrastructure for moving, storing, and issuing digital assets and cryptocurrencies. We enable businesses to securely build, run and scale digital asset operations through the Fireblocks Network and MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure. Fireblocks provides insurance for digital assets in storage, transfer, and E&O. As of August 2025, we serve over 2000 institutional customers and have transferred over $10 trillion in digital assets.

What You’ll Do
- Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Working closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM Team
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
- Prospect, territory, and account planning
- Updating and maintaining Fireblocks CRM
You’ll Bring
- Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into financial services, crypto, blockchain or fintech
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Direct experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
- Track record of over-achievement
- Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude with a willingness to prospect
- Experience working in a team selling environment
