Our Professional Services team plays a critical role in delivering world-class solutions that enable our customers to successfully adopt and scale with Fireblocks. As the leader for the EMEA region, you’ll join a high-impact team responsible for driving customer success, solution delivery, and operational excellence. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative group that blends technical depth with strong project execution. This team partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure our most strategic customers are fully supported.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale the Professional Services function across EMEA, with a strong focus on strategic growth and business expansion.
- Own regional execution and bookings, driving operational excellence and top-line results.
- Manage a high-performing team of technical experts and project managers, ensuring successful customer implementations and ongoing engagement.
- Shape and execute regional strategies to accelerate service revenue, improve delivery efficiency, and support new market entry.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align services with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Build and refine delivery methodologies, performance metrics, and operational processes to support rapid growth.
- Represent EMEA in global leadership forums and contribute to the evolution of Fireblocks’ global Professional Services vision.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Delivery, or Technical Consulting, including leadership roles.
- Proven ability to grow and scale a services business in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience managing both technical professionals and project/program managers.
- Demonstrated success with P&L ownership, regional strategy, and operational optimization.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with executive presence.
- Background in enterprise SaaS is required.
- Background in crypto or fintech is advantageous.
- Based in or near London, with ability to travel across EMEA as needed.
