Noisy Oyster Seafood Bistro is a new exciting concept from the team behind Firebird restaurant serving oysters, fish and seafood alongside simple, seasonal vegetable-based dishes with cocktails and wines in a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. We are an independent women-led business, working with local and sustainable suppliers and fresh ingredients.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Confident in both service and prep, with solid experience supervising kitchen operations (minimum 5 years in Chef roles, including 2 years as Sous Chef)
- Able to support the Head Chef in managing the team and ensuring consistency and quality across all sections
- Experience working with fish and seafood is a plus
- Capable of overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards, and stepping into the Head Chef’s duties when required
- Someone hard-working and dedicated to high standards of work
- Possesses a can-do attitude, positive and outgoing
