We are seeking a Regional Manager to join our team in the northern region. The successful candidate will manage the business efficiently and profitably while ensuring high operating standards in our stores. The ideal candidate will have experience in QSR industry, preferably with a background in pizza. This is a field role, and the candidate must be located in the North.

- Oversee daily operations across multiple franchise locations within your territory to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across all stores.
- Train staff to ensure each pizza and all other food items are prepared to perfection, meeting the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and adherence to brand standards
- Ensure products meet brand quality standards by working with store managers to implement quality control measures and maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and manage budgets for each store within the area.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Assemble a detailed performance plan for the store to implement and follow to increase financial performance.
- Closely monitor the performance plan to ensure stores follow it and engage master franchises to help enforce the plan effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives within the area.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and key metrics.
- ·Assist stores with recruitment and training related to hygiene, health, and safety.
