Key Responsibilities of a GAUCHOSenior Waiter
- Work with the restaurant team to offer anunforgettable GAUCHOexperience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.
- Be the face of GAUCHOanddemonstrateservice excellence while following the GAUCHO steps of serviceand standards.
- Strengthen andmaintainproduct knowledgein order tohost tables and guide guests withmenu choices.
- Support andassistthe management team to maximise sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.
- Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
- Helpmaintaina clean and organised restaurant at all timesand follow all set-up andbreakdown procedures.
