GAUCHOarelooking for an enthusiasticHeadBartender to join our Gaucho***team! The idealSenior Bartendercandidate will be an experienced and passionate bartender, with knowledge in cocktails and spirits. They will be able to deliver all drinks according to the company’s specs, following the Cycle of Service. OurHeadBartendercandidate will haveleadership skills to inspire your teamandmaintainthe highest standards of guest experience on the bar.

Key responsibilities of theGAUCHO HeadBartender

  • Maintaining skills and product knowledge as taught at the GAUCHO Academy
  • Attending and responding to all required post-academy company training
  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supporting,trainingand acting as a role model to new members of the team
  • Strong leadership,organisationand communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced,high energyenvironment.
  • Completing quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close the bar and shift to standard
  • Lead the team inmaintainingbeverage stock,garnishesand glassware
  • Ensure all the bar team practise consistent waste awareness
  • Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
  • Quality & consistency focus
  • Ensuring all drinks meet GAUCHO specifications,presentationand timing standards

Requirements for GAUCHO HeadBartender

  • Minimum x1 year experience as Head bartender or senior mixologist in a busy, high end bar environment
  • At least 2 yearspreviousexperience in cocktail making
  • A genuine passion for 100% hospitality and great guest bar experience
