We're looking for a

Private Dining & Events Executive to join our Gaucho Central Sales & Reservations team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys building relationships, and has a talent for turning enquiries into unforgettable events.

From intimate celebrations to exclusive venue takeovers, you'll be at the heart of our private dining and events business.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll guide them through every stage of their journey—from the initial enquiry through to the successful handover of their event—ensuring every detail is expertly managed.

Based in our Oxford Circus office, you'll work closely with our restaurant teams and Private Dining Manager, helping to maximise revenue while delivering warm, personalised service that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle private dining and event enquiries via phone, email, and web within a 2-hour response time.
  • Recommend venues, create tailored proposals, and manage bookings from enquiry to confirmation.
  • Coordinate event planning, including function sheets, seating plans, menus, dietary requirements, and timings.
  • Work closely with restaurant teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and help maximise revenue.
  • What You'll Bring
  • Experience in private dining/event sales and coordination.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Tripleseat or similar event management software.
  • Large-scale event or venue takeover experience is desirable.
