Key responsibilities of a GAUCHOBarback
- Maintaininghigh standardsof cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Preparing garnishes, ice and bar miseenplace asrequired.
- Stock rotation
- To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule
- Support bar staff at all timesto ensure smooth flow of serviceand great guest experience
- To ensure the bar is stocked prior to and during shift
