Gaucho is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join the People team at our London Head Office, a short walk from Oxford Circus.

You will provide practical support across the employee journey, focusing on employee relations, coaching managers, and supporting engagement projects across our restaurants.

This hands-on role suits someone who understands hospitality’s fast pace, balancing sound judgement with empathy and attention to detail. 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9:00–17:30.
