GAUCHO in Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic Barback for the festive period on a temporary fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027. You will join a busy team, bring energy and teamwork to support bar staff across service.
This role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness behind the bar, preparing garnishes and mise en place, rotating stock, and helping keep the bar stocked before and during shifts to ensure a great guest experience.
