GAUCHO Cardiff is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our busy fresh-food kitchen. You will be trusted to run a section, manage a small team and deliver dishes to brand standards in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with specials planning, costing and daily GP, while ensuring health and safety practices, correct portioning and consistent quality across deliveries.
