GAUCHO in Birmingham is seeking a Barback for the festive period on a fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027. You will join a busy team, bring energy and enthusiasm, and help deliver great guest experiences behind the bar.
You will keep bars clean, prepare garnishes and mise en place, rotate stock, and support staff to ensure smooth service during peak periods. Previous bar experience is helpful but a positive attitude is essential.
