The Fire Risk Assessor will carry out comprehensive fire risk assessments, provide clear recommendations, and support clients in achieving full compliance with fire safety regulations. With strong professional support and a growing client base, this role offers both stability and development.
The Fire Risk Assessor
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety Act 2021, and current risk assessment standards
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Advising clients on remedial works and safety improvements
- Liaising with clients, housing providers, and facilities teams to ensure legislative compliance
- Recognised Fire Safety qualifications - ideally minimum Level 4
