We're working with a highly regarded independent, fresh food hospitality business near Winchester that's looking to recruit a talented Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join its friendly and passionate kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fresh food kitchen where everything is prepared from scratch using high-quality, seasonal ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers. Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and only 2 evening services, this is a varied role that offers creativity, consistency, excellent working environment and a great work-life balance with it being mainly daytimes and a 40 hour week.

Whether you're an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take the next step or an established Junior Sous looking for a fresh challenge, this role offers genuine career development within a supportive team.

The Role

As part of a close-knit brigade, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard.
  • Running your own section during service.
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.
  • Assisting with menu development and daily specials.
What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with chefs who:

  • Have experience in a quality fresh food kitchen.
  • Are currently working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef or similar level.
  • Have shown stability and commitment in previous roles (ideally remaining with employers for two years or more).
  • Are organised, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Take pride in producing quality food using fresh ingredients.
  • Have a positive attitude and are eager to continue developing their career.

Please note: Unfortunately, live-in accommodation is not available.
