The Role
- Leading all kitchen operations and ensuring consistently high food standards.
- Designing and developing menus across café, bar, and event offerings.
- Managing food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen performance.
- Overseeing weddings and events catering for up to 120 guests, with larger functions hosted in marquee facilities.
- Recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff.
- Managing stock, ordering, GP targets, and food costs.

- Working closely with the management team to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
What We're Looking For
