An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Night Manager to join an award-winning hotel. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the hotel during the night, ensuring exceptional guest service and the smooth running of all operations. Working 4 nights out of 7, as the Night Manager you will be the senior manager on duty, taking responsibility for the hotel overnight and acting as the main point of contact for guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel during night shifts
  • Oversee the Front Office and ensure outstanding guest service at all times
  • Complete end-of-day procedures, reports, and night audit processes
  • Act as Manager on Duty and make key operational decisions in the absence of the General Manager
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests, and any issues professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
  • Support and lead the night team to maintain high service standards

About You

  • Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a similar hotel management role
  • Strong Front Office experience
  • Knowledge of OPERA PMS software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • A proactive and hands-on management style
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
