Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role for Added Value Products, located in Oldbury. The sales representative will manage and grow client accounts, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting Fire Glass's extensive product range
  • Preparing quotes
  • Providing expert technical advice
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

Collaboration with internal teams to address client requirements and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards is integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of fire-rated safety glass and/or the glazing industry is advantageous
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide tailored solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
