The predicted salary is between 31537 - 33699 £ per year.
The successful candidate will provide a modern, efficient, professional, confidential and customer-focused administrative service to all functions within the Response & Resilience team as well as to other internal and external customers, in accordance with the relevant NIFRS policies and procedures and relevant legislation. They will contribute as an integral member of the Community Protection Directorate, to support the values, outcomes and purpose of NIFRS.
There is currently one permanent vacancy, based at NIFRS Headquarters in Lisburn. This recruitment and selection process will also be used to fill future vacancies; a reserve list will be created for 12 months should any additional permanent or fixed term vacancies arise (offers of posts will be made in merit order).
Hours of work: Currently 36¼ hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. A Flexible Working Hours Scheme is in operation. In view of the level of this appointment, the post holder will be required to work in such a way as to fulfil the obligations of the post.
Salary: The salary scale is scale 6. The salary range is currently £31,537- £33,699 per annum.
