Fire safety consultancy is looking for a Fire Risk Assessor or Principal Fire Risk Assessor (with Level 4 or 5 or Tier 3 Qualification or applicable experience) to do complex risk assessments on residential and commercial buildings in Lancashire and surrounding areas.
You will handle complex and higher risk assessments, produce defensible, evidence-based reports, and play a key role in mentoring junior assessors. You will work within a strong technical oversight and validation framework that supports your development rather than restricts it.
This role offers a market-leading salary for the area and the chance to live and work in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK. The position includes:
- Great work balance with 2-3 days assessing and 2-3 days reports and CPD allowed
