Job Description:
Operations Manager – Fire and Security – Service Management, Account Management, and Improvement (Surrey, South London, Kent, Sussex preferred) – £70,000 + Bonus/Commission + Benefits
- Manage fire alarm and electronic security systems
- Lead a team of maintenance engineers and support staff
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (BAFE, FIA, NSI, SSAIB)
- Improve service delivery, KPIs, and SLAs
- Attend Surrey/Sussex office 2-3 days a week; visit customers and engineers in South England
- Oversee approximately 30+ staff across the region
Key responsibilities include providing leadership, managing operational performance, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence in fire and security systems. The role requires strong managerial skills, experience in fire and security operations, and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
