OVERVIEW of Security Systems Service Managers/ Office Managers role:- Manage and lead Security, Intruder alarm and Fire and Security service engineers
- Stock and levels of spares
- Minor works quotations
- The service of intruder alarm, CCTV and access control follow up
- Work reports and standards to NSI/ NACOSS/ PD6662/ ISO 9001
- Check engineers performance
- Subcontractors management
- Check available workload (working with coordinators)
- Audits, assessments and reports
- KPI's and Training Matrix updating to see what learning needed/ had
- Service Level Agreements (SLA's) reports
- Electronic Security Intruder questions if you have technical ability
You would be in Kent, South East London, South Essex, South London or East Surrey, East Sussex areas to commute to an office near Swanley, Kent area.
As a Security Systems Service Manager you should have:- Worked for an NSI, SSAIB or NACOSS standard security company (understands PD6662 Alarm Gradings and Intruder standards)
- Knowledge of Reporting, Service Level agreements and KPI's
- Ability to manage Security Systems Maintenance or Service Engineers
- £45,000 - £65,000 (dependant on experience and knowledge)
