Based in North Kent, can work from office with any visits as needed with clients, Accounts, Sub-Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Clients, Install Teams, Associate Technical Install Director.
REQUIREMENTS - for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS/ Commercial Manager
- Must have experience with contract review/ construction contracts - JCT & NEC4.
- Experience dealing with Tier 1 & 2 contractors, completing final account negotiations.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related (as Commercial Manager, or Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Director).
- If you have been managing the commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final account, with contractual management/ cost control - and have related experience/ projects as QS/ Commercial Managing sectors like Fire Protection, Fire Detection, Fire and Security, Building services, etc, do apply!
