Salary: £80k - £90k + £15k + Car
Lead and be part of Growth/Shares! Managing Operations and P&L with assistance from MD. Fire Alarm Installation and Service management experience needed, to manage other Managers and improve performance.
Lead the implementation of strategy and Fire Alarm, Life Safety, Fire Safety installation and Service operations for growing FIA/BAFE business.
Requirements:
- Experience of working for a BAFE or FIA company to know Fire systems processes.
- Operations Manager, Operations Management, Operations Director, Business Manager, Branch Manager, General Manager type experience (in Fire Detection or Fire Safety installer).
- Office in South East London (must be commutable 3 days a week+).
Benefits:
