A respected Fire & Security company is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee service operations and ensure high-quality delivery across their customer base who are receiving PPM, service, and maintenance of Fire & Security.

This role is ideal for someone with strong industry experience from a BAFE, NSI, SSAIB or FIA aligned Fire & Security company, who understands service delivery, compliance, and supporting/managing service engineers in the field.

The Role: You will lead the service function, ensuring customers receive an excellent standard of maintenance, response, and communication. Working closely with engineers, coordinators, and management, you'll oversee day-to-day service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
