Overview
Fire and Security Sales Manager (Win and Manage National Accounts - Fire and Security)
£50 - 60k basic salary + £750pm Car allowance + Uncapped OTE
Responsibilities
- Sell or win National or Multi-site contracts like chains of shops, hotels, or national accounts in Fire and Security.
- Focus on maintenance contracts (not systems sales) to grow national or multisite accounts.
- Work with an experienced service sales/national accounts sales team to promote maintenance to customers and achieve a high first-fix rate with the Fire and Security network of engineers across the UK.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to win accounts and expand coverage, with opportunities to build a team and leverage a franchise-like structure.
Qualifications
- Experience selling Fire and Security maintenance contracts and generating £750k+ of sales per annum (preferred).
- Based in the UK with right to work; flexible on location (home-based, Midlands HQ/showroom available if required).
- Must have worked for or with a Fire and Security maintenance provider with NACOSS, SSAIB, BAFE, FIA qualifications (or equivalent).
- Ability to win national or multisite service sales for Fire and Security systems (Fire Alarm, Intruder, CCTV).
