Fire and Security Careers are recruiting for a Security and Fire Systems and service company seeking a Manager who can support engineers, lead a team in the office (management training available for the right candidate), and has experience with Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV type systems engineering in an NSI/SSAIB company.
Role responsibilities include:
- Solving problems
- Leading engineers
- Holding technical conversations when managing service engineer and PPM maintenance engineer teams
The Management can be trained, or your current leadership abilities can be supported with official courses and training.
This role is suitable for a Technical Manager, Service Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, or a talented Engineer with leadership skills who wants an opportunity to:
