Fire and Security Careers are recruiting for a Fire & Security company seeking a Service Manager who has engineering experience to solve problems, lead engineers and hold technical conversations when managing service engineer and PPM maintenance engineer teams in Fire Alarms. The role involves overseeing service operations and delivery across their customer base who are receiving PPM, service and maintenance of Fire Alarm systems.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Fire Alarm or Fire and Security experience from a BAFE, NSI, SSAIB or FIA company, who understands managing service engineers. You may be an FLM, Field Line Manager, Engineering Manager, PPM or Service Manager or Contract Manager for a Fire Alarm company or Fire and Security Service company, and have experience in servicing, enabling you to manage and lead a team.

The Role - Fire and Security Service Manager - East Midlands/ South Yorkshire

Working closely with fire alarm systems engineers and fire and security/ intruder alarm engineers across the UK, coordinators in the office, and fellow management, you'll oversee day-to-day service, customer satisfaction, and operations KPIs.
