Fire and Security Careers are recruiting for an established and respected Fire & Security company seeking a Service Delivery Manager - Fire and Security to oversee service operations and ensure high quality delivery across their customer base who are getting PPM, Service and maintenance of Fire & Security.
This role is ideal for someone with strong industry experience from a BAFE, NSI, SSAIB or FIA aligned Fire & Security company, who understands service delivery, compliance, and supporting/ managing service engineers in the field.
You will lead the service function, ensuring customers receive an excellent standard of maintenance, response, and communication. Working closely with engineers, coordinators, and management, you'll oversee day to day service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
