Project Manager - Fire Detection/ Fire Alarm Projects - Kent/ London
Up to £60,000 + 10% bonus + BUPA, Car or Allowance + Commercial Projects
You would have experience delivering projects for a Fire Detection Installer (NACOSS FIRE, BAFE, FIA, NSI, GENT, Open Protocol, etc). Fire Alarm project management requires knowledge of the BS5839 standards to ensure refits and fire alarm and life safety installations of addressable systems are correct.
The skills needed to succeed in this role include:
- Managing and controlling costs on Fire Alarm projects
- Liaising with clients
- Using financial skills and good customer skills to deliver projects on time
The projects are currently in London and commutable, so being based in East Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex or commutable to M25 would be ideal.

The role will require you, the Fire Project Manager, to get involved in a range of projects and manage the time, quality to BS5839 standards, and cost control. You do not have to be on site every day, and will work from home, Kent or London office, visiting and progressing projects to ensure installation, commissioning, and handover.
Requirements to be suitable for the Project Manager's role include:
- Knowledge of standards of Fire Alarms
- Comfortable with client meetings
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within UK Fire Detection and Fire Alarms or as a Fire and Security Project Manager that prefers Fire systems
