The Mission – Fire Suppression Operations Manager
Our client currently relies on external contractors for suppression system installations.
Your role will be to:
– Lead and manage those external teams in the short term
– Quote and oversee delivery of fire suppression projects and operations
– Recruit, develop, and retain a permanent team of Suppression Engineers
– Build an in-house function that reduces contractor dependency
– Use your Fire Suppression skills to advise and lead
Who We\’re Looking For as Head of Fire Suppression/ Fire Operations Manager…
You\’ll be a confident, experienced manager with a background in managing Fire Suppression Engineers. You\’ll understand the technical and operational demands of suppression systems and have the credibility to lead both contractors and newly recruited staff.
