Requirements:- Previous experience of growing an Electronic Security or Fire and Security company
- Led and ideally grown a £10m+ NSI, NACOSS or SSAIB company
- Grown before Security company knowledge (Intruder, CCTV, Access)
- Drive and inventiveness to maintain margins and grow through delivery
- Managed existing Directors or Senior Functional Managers
- You are based in East Midlands, South Yorkshire, North Leicester
- Be a people person and inspire change and delivery
