Assistant Quantity Surveyor (M&E / Fire & Security/ Fire Alarms) London & South East | £55,000 - £65,000 + Company Car/Allowance + BUPA + Benefits We're looking for a commercially minded person to become an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support projects and Project managers across London with costings, variations and invoicing requests for payment, by passing costings to senior QS. This role will focus on carrying out take-offs using Bluebeam, identifying differences between tendered works and actual site requirements, and working closely with Project Managers to understand and quantify variations, cost impacts, and commercial opportunities. You'll then provide this information to the Quantity Surveying team to support valuations, invoicing, and applications for payment. Fire Alarm experience is not required.
