Fire Compliance Sales Business Development Manager
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 DOE + Commission and Permanent Benefits
Car Allowance: £6,000 or Company Car
Commission: Yes – On Revenue, well rewarded (if have Fire Safety sales experience)
Leads: 20% provided, with opportunities to generate new clients as 80% focus

What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Selling fire safety products and maintenance contract services, including fire extinguishers, fire alarms, passive fire protection, and full fire compliance packages like risk assessments.
- Selling maintenance and new systems, offering tailored Fire Protection solutions to meet client needs.
- Managing a targeted area with 20% of leads provided, while actively seeking new business opportunities. This is a sales role, not account management—enjoy hunting and developing new business as a Business Development Manager.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive fire compliance sales, win new clients, and expand existing accounts.
