They offer a wide range of services, from intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems to fire-safety alarms, security safes, and locksmith services. They design customised solutions to suit each client's needs, whether it's a house or a commercial property, and provide full maintenance, upgrades and 24/7 monitoring service to give customers peace of mind.
Duties include:
- Taking calls for existing and new customers
- Triaging and responding to emails
- Booking in visits with customers
- Creating and updating client records
- Streamlining processes

Over your apprenticeship, you'll learn how to manage tasks, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly. By the end, you'll have the skills and confidence to move into roles like operations support, customer service, or sales support.
Entry requirements:
- Drivers licence or live local and able to commute to the office in Hale Barns
- Maths and English GCSE at grade 4/C or above
Training to be provided: Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month. You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your apprenticeship. You will be required to complete assessments and portfolio work during your tutor led meetings and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete. The employer will mentor and coach you on the job. You will also shadow, learn and get involved in all aspects of your administrative role with our office manager. You will attend dedicated tutor led meetings hosted via MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.
