- Confident intheir ability to manage a whole class of students within the age range 11to 16.
- Able tocommunicate appropriately and effectively with young people.
- Able to managebehaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged in set work.
- Flexible to workthroughout the school within different departments and with different ageranges daily.
- Someone whoshares our moral purpose of ensuring that all of our young people receivethe best education possible in a supportive environment from people whocare about them.
- Someone who ispassionate about teaching and learning and who will inspire our studentsto achieve their potential.
