We are looking for a Senior Event Producer to join our studio, leading luxury events from concept through to execution. This role requires someone highly organised, calm under pressure and creatively aligned, with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong experience producing high-end events, confidence leading teams and suppliers, and a natural ability to build trusted client relationships within a fast-moving creative environment.

Fiona Fleur is a floral studio specialising in unique & bespoke floral design, offering a fresh and youthful perspective on floral design for events. We are looking for an experienced Senior Event Producer to join our small team. This role will work to lead the team to create & deliver bespoke floral concepts across the events & wedding sector – working in a variety of venues such as luxury hotels, museums, theatres and more. This is a senior position based in our Battersea, London Studio and is a full-time opportunity.

You will have:

  • A strong eye for contemporary design with a bespoke approach
  • A background in flowers/fashion/art or a creative environment
  • Confident & strong managerial skills to lead the production and manage the team
  • Calm, considerate & empathetic – a firm yet kind management & leadership style
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards
  • Full management of logistics, planning & operational delivery of events
  • Excellent communication, timekeeping, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work a mix of independently and enjoy working in the studio, on site and at home
  • Thrives from working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines, manage multiple clients and meet targets
  • Knowledge of flowers is useful but not essential
  • Minimum 5 years experience in events/production

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Event production: leading and managing the team for a 360 approach from designing the creative, creating a proposal, site visits, leading the team and through to on site execution
  • Client management, ensuring smooth event running and building & maintaining strong relations
  • Creative design, must be able to imagine creative concepts with a unique and bespoke approach
  • Leadership, must have proven experience confidently managing and leading a team across both studio operations and on-site event delivery
  • Work across weekends & evenings can be required - event dependant
  • The role is based in Battersea with the option of regular home working and flexible start/finish times
