Job Overview

  • Work as part of a project team to solve complex problems across diverse industry sectors, including law enforcement, central government, utilities, media, retail, insurance, and investment banking.
  • Provide end‐to‐end consulting support: data analysis, research, developing presentations, and facilitating client workshops.
  • Engage stakeholders and build robust, collaborative relationships while applying structured thinking and problem‐solving techniques.
  • Support project delivery to ensure high‐quality standards, timely completion, and budget compliance.

Requirements

  • Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years consecutive and current residency in the United Kingdom.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, or related fields.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education.

    Responsibilities

    • Project Delivery
    • Support project teams in delivering client projects with high quality, on time, and within budget.
    • Perform data analysis, research, develop presentations, and contribute to client workshops.
  • Client Interaction
    • Engage professionally with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and present findings.
    • Communicate with stakeholders clearly and regularly, clarifying needs and commitments.
    • Build strong, lasting client relationships, fostering trust and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving
    • Apply structured thinking and problem‐solving techniques to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
    • Analyse business goals and processes, using data to support requirements definition.
    • Conduct options analysis, assess feasibility, operational impact, and quantify potential benefits.
    • Help ensure proposed solutions meet business and user needs.
    • Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve project goals.
    • Contribute to the development of Finyx's Service Line capabilities, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Travel
    • Be willing to travel to client sites as required to support project delivery.
