Job Overview
- Work as part of a project team to solve complex problems across diverse industry sectors, including law enforcement, central government, utilities, media, retail, insurance, and investment banking.
- Provide endâtoâend consulting support: data analysis, research, developing presentations, and facilitating client workshops.
- Engage stakeholders and build robust, collaborative relationships while applying structured thinking and problemâsolving techniques.
- Support project delivery to ensure highâquality standards, timely completion, and budget compliance.
Requirements
- Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years consecutive and current residency in the United Kingdom.
Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, or related fields.

Responsibilities
- Project Delivery
- Support project teams in delivering client projects with high quality, on time, and within budget.
- Perform data analysis, research, develop presentations, and contribute to client workshops.
- Engage professionally with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and present findings.
- Communicate with stakeholders clearly and regularly, clarifying needs and commitments.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships, fostering trust and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Apply structured thinking and problemâsolving techniques to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Analyse business goals and processes, using data to support requirements definition.
- Conduct options analysis, assess feasibility, operational impact, and quantify potential benefits.
- Help ensure proposed solutions meet business and user needs.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve project goals.
- Contribute to the development of Finyx's Service Line capabilities, methodologies, and best practices.
