This is an exciting opportunity within our York Delivery Centre. The right candidate will be joining alongside a number of other Analysts at the same level and will have the opportunity to work across a number of areas including client engagements, sales, service line development and internal initiatives. We are looking for a flexible, dynamic individual who will grow into the position and build experience across all areas of our business. Responsibilities
- Analyse, understand and communicate business problems or opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the design and build of automated data systems and pipelines.
- Identify areas for improvement, research potential options, analyse the impact of change and define success measures.
- Establish structured data stores and consolidate information from various sources within an organisation.
- Transform documented business workflows into automated processes using tools within the business.
- Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation to present clear findings and recommendations.
- Summarise and present data/conclusions in the most appropriate format for users, translating technical concepts into non-technical language.
- Take an iterative approach to completing task-based outputs for a project.
- Prepare for, attend, and contribute to client meetings and workshops.
- Help identify and qualify new client opportunities for Finyx and support the bid process; coordinate and track the completion of bid responses.
- Assist in the development of Data and AI methodologies.
- Implement and improve internal data platform functionality.
- Create materials to upskill employees and explain our Services.
- Provide support (and potentially own) ongoing internal Finyx projects; this may include analysing and improving internal processes and supporting the design and delivery of company events such as internal training courses.

Entry Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area in any grade. Acceptable qualifications include:
- Two A levels in one or more similar subject;
- Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject;
- International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in a similar subject;
- BTEC Extended Diploma in a similar subject;
- Experience with programming languages (such as Python) or equivalent work experience (2-3 years in a similar subject-related role).
Similar subject relates to areas directly relevant to or commensurate with Digital and Technology Solutions. Typically this includes Level 3 digital apprenticeships, A-Level/BTEC Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Software Engineering, etc.
Please note: Learners must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject. A combination of qualifications and experience may still be considered. If you hold international equivalents, you must provide an official document at the time of application stating how your international qualifications compare to UK qualifications.
