M&a Analyst / Associate

Associate- Generalist M&A Perform in-depth analyses of cash flows, quality of earnings, net debt and working capital Manage client relationships, lead Q&A sessions, and develop detailed data books for due diligence reports Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM\’s, preparing pitch presentations, holding the pen on modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process A minimum of 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency Strategic creative thinking to effectively resolve problems Confident and highly motivated to excel in the workplace
