We are a growing boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm specialising in advising founders, entrepreneurs and private companies on the sale of their businesses. Our clients typically operate in the mid-market, and we work closely with shareholders throughout the transaction process—from initial preparation through to successful completion.

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support the firm’s growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients.

Role Description
  • Conduct targeted outreach to business owners and executives to introduce our advisory services.
  • Identify companies that may be considering a sale, investment, or strategic transaction.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sell-side mandates.
  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and senior advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and client interactions.
  • Research industries and identify companies that may be suitable M&A candidates.
Qualifications
  • 1–5 years experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and speaking with senior executives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Interest in corporate finance, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage outreach targets.
