We're a new-generation property valuation firm powered by proprietary technology, ISO 27001- and 42001-certified. Our core focus is fast, reliable valuations for mortgage lenders, particularly in short-term and bridging finance. Adjacent verticals - local authority accounting valuations and insurance reinstatement valuations - are emerging opportunities we're exploring.
Named lender clients are live, the technology works, and the model is proven. What we need now is a commercial lead to turn warm relationships into a steady, growing book.
- Win new business with mortgage lenders, especially in short-term and bridging finance, securing panel appointments and instructions.
- Grow your network of lender contacts and deepen relationships across the bridging and specialist lending market.
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, proposals, follow-up, close.
- Act as a trusted adviser to existing accounts, growing and retaining revenue.
- Partner with the founding team and wider business to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy - across online channels (webinars, digital marketing, content) and offline (organising and hosting launch events, attending conferences, industry networking).
- Please note that some ad-hoc travel will be required.
- Feed market insight and competitive intelligence back into pricing, product and go-to-market.
Requirements:
- A warm, active network within mortgage lenders - ideally in short-term and bridging finance - that you can call on from day one.
- Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage industry and the specialist lender landscape.
- 5+ years of new business / quota-carrying experience in lending or financial services BD.
- Comfortable with CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene.
- High integrity, with a sharp eye on regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Contacts within local authorities (finance and asset management teams) for accounting valuation work.
- Experience with CCS (Crown Commercial Service) procurement and tendering.
- Experience running events, webinars or commercial campaigns.
