As FinTrU enters the next phase of its growth, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager based in London to both drive new business opportunities and cross sell into our existing client base.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning our firm as a trusted partner in the KYC, Compliance, Risk and Legal services space. You will work closely with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Executing the firm’s business development strategy in alignment with firm strategy.
- Identifying new markets, service lines, and partnership opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborating closely with the Product, Technology and Marketing functions to ensure any necessary dependencies are managed when bringing new products to market.
- Representing the firm at industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership events.
To be successful in the Senior Business Development role you will have:
- Significant demonstrable experience in business development, sales leadership, or client relationship management within financial services and related fields.
- Have an extensive network of relevant contacts within Financial Services with the aim of leveraging these to achieve early high-impact deals.
- Deep understanding of Client Lifecycle Management within KYC, AML, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
