At FinTrU, our Product Technology team is seeking an experienced Principal DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of high-quality solutions. This role involves contributing to both product and platform development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. As a Principal DevOps Engineer, you will advocate for best practices in automation, reliability, and performance while mentoring junior engineers to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

You should apply if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in a software development environment, with hands-on experience in support/DevOps roles, including RCA, support techniques, and incident management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in building, enhancing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
