IFA Administrator (Future Practice Manager)
Location: Warwickshire (Office-based with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Yearly Salary Reviews
Benefits: 23 Days Holiday + Christmas Shutdown, Pension, and Clear Career Progression
The Opportunity
We are a high-growth boutique Wealth Management firm based in the heart of Warwickshire. Currently supporting three successful Financial Advisors, our firm is entering an exciting phase of expansion through ongoing acquisitions.
While our Paraplanning is outsourced, we require a highly organized, technical, and ambitious IFA Administrator to own our internal operations. This isn't just a support role; we are looking for our future Practice Manager. As the firm grows, you will have the opportunity to step up and lead the operational side of the business.
The Role
You will be the "engine room" of the practice, ensuring the advice process runs seamlessly from initial client contact to final implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Processing: Submitting applications for Pensions, Investments, and Protection via various provider platforms.
- Client Management: Acting as the first point of contact for HNW clients, handling queries, and booking annual reviews.
- Valuations & LOAs: Requesting and tracking Letters of Authority and preparing comprehensive client valuation packs.
- Provider Liaison: Managing relationships with outsourced paraplanners and third-party providers to ensure cases move swiftly.
- Data Integrity: Maintaining our CRM (Intelligent Office/Adviser Office or similar) to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Meeting Prep: Assisting Advisors with all necessary paperwork and compliance documentation ahead of client meetings.
About You
This role requires more than just administrative accuracy; it requires a "Practice Manager mindset."
- Experience: You must have previous experience working as an Administrator within an IFA or Wealth Management environment.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of various pension and investment wrappers.
- Organisational Skills: The ability to manage the workflows of three advisors while keeping a bird’s-eye view of the firm's efficiency.
- Ambition: You are someone who wants more than a "steady" admin role; you want to help build and manage a growing business.
Why Join Us?
- Growth: We are actively acquiring other firms, meaning your role will evolve and expand quickly.
- The "Work-Life" Balance: While the role is office-focused to maintain our boutique culture, we offer hybrid flexibility where needed.
- Rewards: A competitive salary with guaranteed yearly reviews, a solid pension, and a guaranteed Christmas shutdown (on top of your 23 days) so you can truly switch off.
