The Opportunity: Immediate AUM & Uncapped Growth

Are you an experienced Advisor looking for the stability of an employed role without sacrificing your earning potential? We are looking for Financial Advisors to join a vibrant, high-performing team in Fareham. Unlike most "employed" roles, we provide a ready-made client book of £30m–£40m AUM from day one. We guarantee enough immediate business to put you into validation from the start, allowing you to focus on what you do best: advising.

The Financials: You Set the Bar

  • Base Salary: £50,000 – £100,000 (determined by your experience and requirements).
  • Validation: 3x basic salary.
  • New Business & Recurring: 25% on all new business and recurring revenue (excluding house-provided clients).
  • Client Transfer Bonus: If you bring a client base (£10m–£20m+), we offer a market-leading incentive:
  • Up-front Payment: 25% of the recurring income paid immediately.
  • Lifetime Trail: 25% of the recurring income for the life of those clients. Effectively, you are paid twice for your clients in Year 1.

Support & Environment

  • Full Paraplanning Support: Dedicated technical support for all reports and research.
  • Dedicated Admin: Your own administrative resource to manage the paperwork.
  • Vibrant Office Hub: A collaborative workspace in the Fareham housing other successful Advisors and support staff.
  • Total Flexibility: You manage your own diary. There are no fixed "desk hours"—we value results and client outcomes over time spent in the office.

What We Are Looking For

This role is ideal for a Level 4 qualified Advisor who is currently self-employed with your own clients and seeking more stability and a boost in clients and revenue, or an employed Advisor with a loyal client base looking for a better "home" and higher rewards.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Diploma Status: Level 4 DipPFS (or equivalent) is essential.
  • CAS: Current or recent Competent Adviser Status.
  • Client Focus: A proven track record of maintaining long-term client relationships and providing holistic financial advice (Pensions, Investments, Protections).
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: The ability to manage your own workflow and treat your desk like a business within a business.
  • Confidence: The ability to transition and retain clients.
