We are looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join our growing corporate client team in Coventry. In this role, you won't just be a cog in a machine; you will be central to our team, ensuring our clients’ employee benefits schemes run seamlessly. We pride ourselves on a relaxed, non-corporate office culture where your hard work is noticed, your professional development is supported, and you can genuinely build a long-term career.

  • True Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a hybrid schedule with work-from-home Fridays, wrapped up by 1:30 PM every single week.
  • A Great Team Culture: Work within a supportive, close-knit, and friendly team that avoids the stuffy, overly corporate atmosphere.
  • Broad Exposure: Gain valuable, hands-on experience across a diverse client base and develop deep expertise across workplace pensions, group risk, and healthcare schemes.
  • Room to Grow: We offer a genuine opportunity to develop your knowledge, take on more responsibility, and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

As our Employee Benefits Administrator, you will keep our client schemes running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Scheme Administration: Managing the day-to-day administration of employee benefits schemes, including workplace pensions, group risk, and healthcare.
  • Client & Consultant Support: Assisting our consultants with ongoing client servicing, annual renewals, and the smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Provider Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact with providers and insurers to resolve queries and secure scheme updates.
  • Data & System Management: Processing joiners, leavers, and policy updates, whilst ensuring our internal systems and records are meticulously maintained.
  • Reporting: Preparing client-facing documentation, reports, and meeting packs.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes pride in their work, and has a keen interest in growing their career within employee benefits.

  • Experience: Proven experience in an employee benefits or financial services administration role is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of workplace pensions and/or group risk schemes is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-friendly approach.
  • Attributes: A reliable, proactive, and positive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Benefits Package

We look after our team just as well as we look after our clients. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:

  • Generous Leave: 22 days holiday + bank holidays, with the flexible option to buy up to 5 additional days of holiday.
  • Comprehensive Protection: 4x Death in Service cover & 2x Critical Illness cover.
  • Healthcare Support: A comprehensive Health Cash Plan.
