Job Description
As part of a dynamic scale-up environment, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Presenting the company and its offerings to potential clients primarily via phone
- Managing your own lead generation efforts and converting inbound inquiries
- Building new business relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and presenting our products
- Meeting and exceeding productivity and sales KPIs set by the company
- Complying with FCA conduct rules and fulfilling the core responsibilities related to sales
- Maintaining a sales pipeline and ensuring accurate administration within internal systems to support fair customer treatment
- Creating client quotes and proposals and ensuring proper financial procedures are followed throughout the process
- Assessing client requirements and pricing transactions accordingly
- Adhering to all relevant compliance regulations and legislation
- Contributing to the company’s culture, development, and maintaining a strong reputation.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of prior sales experience (experience in funding/lending brokerage firm is a must)
- Knowledge of asset finance working in a brokerage firm and the broader financial sector
- Able to build and maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- A good understanding of the products offered (such as unsecured loans, Business loans, and asset finance) and the target market.
- Skilled in negotiation and influencing decisions
- Experience in generating sales leads via phone.
