What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining institutional-level client relationships
- Handling daily client requests, technical queries, and escalations
- Acting as a key bridge between clients and internal product/technical teams
- Contributing to long-term account development and retention strategies
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing B2B clients
- Strong industry background in fintech / crypto / liquidity solutions
- Solid understanding of liquidity products or digital asset infrastructure
Languages Required
- English – B2+ minimum (strong communication is essential)
- Russian – B2+ minimum
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
