Overview: Due to their organic growth, they are looking to hire two Senior Engineering Managers in Porto and London. These roles will be better suited to Engineering Managers looking to move away from the coding aspect (80% hands-off / 20% coding and supporting). Managers who will be overseeing the full architecture, processes, and team management will benefit greatly here. Having scaled tripled in size in 2024, the hiring plans won\’t be slowing down this year, with plans to double once more. 2+ years in an engineering management capacity. Strong architectural and scaling capabilities. Leading software development teams of 10+. Cross-functional team experience, on a global scale is highly advantageous.
